Return Policy


If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at or call 406-333-0388 so we can promptly resolve it for you.

Items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund.  Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.


Important note:  Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender.

Return Instructions: Items purchased from or through KANOE’s catalogs cannot be returned to stores.  To return an item(s), please pack it carefully and send to:  26 Scullers Way, Whitefish, MT 59937 USA.  If you have any questions, contact us directly at

Return Policy Basics: Merchandise in unused, like-new condition must be returned within 30 days of delivery.  A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.

All returns must include the Customer Receipt 

Returns without a sales receipt: If you made your purchase in the past 30 days by credit, debit, or check we may be able to look up your receipt for you.

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims: Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Gift Cards:  Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.

Special Order Merchandise:  No returns on custom made products
